Yet another jolt for AP CM Jagan

In the disproportionate assets case, Jagan yet faced another setback. Asking to exempt his personal presence at the ED inquiry, Jagan had filed a petition to send his representative who happens to be from Jagathi Publication, his own publication, instead of himself to the ED inquiry. The court had keenly checked his petition and rejected it as it wasn't convinced by his plea.

This isn't the first time for Jagan. Already, he had asked the same for CBI inquiry. However, it got denied and the court asked him to attend the inquiry without any fail as he got asked now in the cases of ED. Already Jagan had skipped his presence in CBI court on Friday. It looks like even after becoming the Chief Minister of AP, Jagan isn't getting any favors regarding the CBI and ED inquiries.

Of such is the case, it needs no explanation, what the future of those might be, who got proven to have laundered the lands in Amaravati under insider trading before it had declared as the AP's capital.
