As expected, the YSR Congress Party is dominant in the parliamentary seats in Andhra Pradesh. All the pre-poll and post-poll surveys predicted the emphatic victory of the Jagan in Lok Sabha Polls. Meanwhile, YCP has been leading in more than 150 assembly seats at the moment.
As of now, YSRCP is leading 22 of the 25 Lok Sabha seat in Andhra Pradesh, while TDP is leading in three. In the 16th Lok Sabha, YSRCP had four seats from the state while TDP had a hold on 15 seats. Notably, in the state Assembly elections, the YS Jagan Mohan Reddy-led party has crossed the majority mark in leads.
Jagan Mohan Reddy has been phenomenal so far in this year’s elections and right from the beginning of the heat period, he has been tactic in fielding the candidates as he is eyeing to play a prominent role at the centre along with KCR. Let’s see how Jagan leads the state from now on.
