YSRCP to get LS deputy speaker post!
Being fourth largest party in Loksabha, YSRCP has been offered LS deputy speaker post by BJP. Usually, the third largest party in LS gets this post. But as four different parties contested on DMK in Tamil Nadu, this post has been offered to YSRCP by BJP. After getting this offer, YSRCP seems to be planning to elect a female MP for this post.
According to the sources, the choice is yet to be made among two names. The first being Araku MP Goddeti Madhavi and the second being Amalapuram MP, China Anuradha. Among these names, the final name has not yet been decided. While this happens to be such, Shiv Sena partner of BJP seems to be asking for this post. And BJP has elected 6 time Lok Sabha MP of Madhya Pradesh, Virendra Kumar as its 17th Lok Sabha Pro term speaker.
By such situation in Lok Sabha, expecting this post from our state might seem a bit unbelievable but being the fourth largest party in Lok Sabha, there exist chances of getting this post. Even if YSRCP gets this post, the party member to get this post is not yet decided. And the decision being taken by the party might be crucial. There are chances for disturbances to arise within the party. Hence the decision to be made by Jagan has to be seen yet.
