Chiranjeevi's Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy movie has a good opening in Telugu States as the film has collected a distributor share of 38.28Cr. This is the second highest opening for any film in Telugu States beating Prabhas Saaho (35.66cr) by a margin. The film has created all time records in Krishna & Uttarandhra areas beating Baabubali2.
Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy has taken sensational openings all over Telugu States. The film could have taken record opening in Nizam too but Sye Raa has to compromise theatres and shows in Hyderabad with WAR. This was a huge set back for the film of this scale were openings are very crucial.
Sye Raa movie has missed golden chance to beat Day 1 record of Baahubali 2. This is due to lack of planning, late permissions for extra/ benefit shows and compromising screens with War movie. With positive word of mouth and reviews, Sye Raa is expected to have a strong weekend ahead.
