The Telugu film fraternity is doing its bit in supporting the government to fight against the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Already, hero Nithiin has announced Rs. 10 lakhs each to the Telugu states' governments. This morning, Pawan Kalyan pledged a donation of Rs.50 lakhs each to both the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Now, director Trivikram has joined the list. The elite director also donated Rs.10 lakhs each to the CM relief fund of both the Telugu states.
This morning, sources close to Trivikram has revealed that the filmmaker pledged a donation of Rs.10 lakhs each to the governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Governments, as well as people, are appreciating the efforts of film celebrities in supporting the government to fight the virus.
Meanwhile, over 4.5 lakh people have affected by coronavirus across the world. In India, the government has announced a 21-day lockdown across the country. People are being advised to stay at home.
On the career front, Trivikram scored a massive blockbuster with his last film Ala Vaikunthapurramloo. Starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde in the lead roles, this film became a Non-Baahubali industry hit in Tollywood. Recently, the director announced his next project with Jr. NTR. The shoot of this film will begin in the second half of this year. It will get bankrolled by S. Radhakrishna. Apparently, Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead in this movie. The makers are planning to release this film in the summer of 2021. This untitled project is second in the combination of Jr NTR and Trivikram, after Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava.
