Actor Ajith’s Nerkonda Paarvai has turned out to be a blockbuster which has earned approximately Rs 70 crore from Tamil Nadu theatres alone. With the humongous success, Ajith has made a huge record at the box office in Tamil Nadu.
His earlier outing Viswasam, which released on Pongal 2019, earned Rs 140 crore from the Tamil Nadu box office alone. The cumulative Tamil Nadu box office collection of the two films have made Ajith the first actor to earn more than Rs 200 crore in a single year. Without wasting much time, he signed his next film.
It is a known fact that Ajith is doing one more with H Vinoth in Boney Kapoor’s production. Untitled AK60 film is said to be an action-packed entertainer, that is shot across the world and made on a massive budget.
The movie will start shooting in August itself. But the latest update is that AK60 will begin shooting in December.
AR Rahman is composing music for this action thriller. We will see Ajith in the police officer role in Thala 60. Other details about the rest of the cast and crew are yet to be announced.
