Disqualified MLA H Vishwanath visited Chamundeshwari temple at Chamundi hill in Mysuru but refused to swear over SaRa Mahesh's allegations. Vishwanath said he has decided to visit Chamundi hill as he cannot remain silent on allegations against him. The disqualified MLA said there was no need to swear before the goddess and challenged JD(S) MLA Sa Ra Mahesh to visit the temple and prove charges. He challenged Sa Ra Mahesh to bring the person to the temple who is accused of bribing him. Sa Ra Mahesh said Vishwanath had fallen prey to BJP's 'Operation Lotus' and accused him of receiving Rs 25 crore money to resign as JD(S) MLA and help BJP form the government.

Vishwanath said if Sa Ra Mahesh fails to bring the person to Chamundi hill then his charges are false
