Minister Venkataramanappa Threatens to resign, if water is not released to Vanivilas Sagar Dam
Chitradurga district in-charge minister Venkataramanappa has threatened to resign from his post if the water is not released to the Vanivilas Sagar dam in Chitradurga. Minister spoke at the protest venue where several are fighting demanding release of water to Vanivilas dam. Minister said he will resign if the water is not released within August 10. The protest is being held continuously demanding the completion of the Upper Bhadra scheme and release water at the earliest
