Rahul Vaidya has caught the attention of the Bigg Boss army after he called Jaan Sanu a product of nepotism while nominating him. During the nominations, Rahul had called out Jaan Sanu and said that he doesn't deserve to be on the show because he hasn't done anything in his life except for being Kumar Sanu's son. This remark by Rahul was not taken very well by the housemates as they bashed Rahul for being senseless and useless with his nepotism remark.

However, the Indian Idol singer gets immense support from the audience watching the show as they laud Rahul for being gutsy and bold. "We support Rahul Vaidya" trends on Twitter after he commented. People are proud of Rahul for calling spade a spade and they agree with him. While some called out the show for supporting nepotism and bringing Jaan Sanu in the first place, others think that Jaan hasn't been doing anything in the show and he deserves to be evicted. Not just the audience, but one of the ex-contestants of Bigg Boss 14, Sara Gurpal who got evicted in the first week also agrees with Rahul Vaidya. She took to her social media handle to express her consent.
