The families of Sreejita De, Sumbul Touqeer, and Soundarya Sharma entered the house as Bigg Boss 16's family week proceeded. On day 103, the show was graced by Michael, Sreejita's fiancé, and Sumbul's uncle. Michael was the last person to enter the house, so the other participants started getting ready for his "Gruh Pravesh." They set up a water-filled container at the door for him to kick as he entered the house solemnly.
Bigg Boss told the contestants to freeze as Archana hurried to change the water vessel with rice and Shiv took Sreejita's hand. Shiv ignored their requests to stop holding Sreejita's hand as the other housemates laughed heartily. Michael went inside and kicked the water barrel. Sreejita received the warmest hug from him. He gave Shiv a hug and complimented him on his performance on the show. Everyone but Sreejita and Michael was let go by Bigg Boss, who proceeded to meet the competitors. Michael's height sparked a joke from Shiv and MC Stan. MC Stan instructed him to fix the light while Shiv protested that he must stand on a sofa to hug him. Sreejita jumped with delight as Bigg Boss let her go and hopped on Michael.
Archana Gautam began to flirt with Michael. She admitted that conversing with a foreigner is her fantasy. She described how seeing him and blushing made her heart beat so quickly. Sreejita requested that Archana spend some time with Michael. Archana made a joke about how her mother-in-law might beat her. Additionally, she taught him a few of her own Hindi words.
After the freeze announcement, Soundarya Sharma's mother is the first family member to appear on the show. When Soundarya began to cry, her mother dried her tears. She mentioned how often she watches the show. She added that she is incredibly proud to be recognized as Soundarya's mother.
After Soundarya's mother left the house, Sumbul's uncle walked in. He mocked Sumbul by joking that he couldn't tell if she was crying or laughing. He brought chicken that her father had prepared, which moved Sumbul to tears.
