Bigg Boss 16: Shiv Thakare Nominates Nimrit Ahluwalia For Captaincy

As they choose the next captain for the house, Bigg Boss summons Shiv Thakare to the confessional in the upcoming show trailer. Shiv suggests his friend Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia as the next captain, but Tina Datta doesn't like it and calls both of them out for being fake friends.

In the promo video, we see Tina being angry with Shiv as he selected Nimrit instead of her and thinks both of them did it on purpose and never wanted her to become the captain. Tina is also mad at Nimrit and says, “This guy (Shiv) can never be trusted. It is not about the preference, it's about the discussion that all of us had taken. You all are dhokebaaz and liars. Jaise you became captain Nimrit your rudeness has levelled up to some other point.” Tina received the gift from Nimrit, who said, "Chalo Chalo, I now fully understand how great friends you are.” Tina is heard saying later as she sits next to Shalin Bhanot “Abh tum khelo aur mein bolti hoon. (Now you play I am saying this). I want to break everyone now and now Nimrit’s captaincy will go away in 3 days now you see.” In the most recent episode, Shiv, Nimrit, and Tina got into a heated dispute in the kitchen, and because of Tina's domineering personality, Shiv and Nimrit decide not to name her the captain. They both agree, saying, "Now only she is being so bossy and has no idea how she will act as a captain. Her request reminds me of Gautam Vig since even he was ready to become captain, so let's not appoint her captain because she doesn't deserve it. She continues to act in the same manner.
