Chaitra and Uday argue about which home area to use at the start of the August 24 Bigg Boss Kannada OTT episode. He responds by saying he can no longer dispute if Chaitra puts it that way when she asks if the smoking area is more essential than the meal. Bigg Boss will soon give everyone the chance to increase access to four individuals at once. However, Bigg Boss will now grant entry to three people if they succeed in the assignment because some of them had disobeyed a few regulations in the living area. Captain Jashwant spends a lot of time interviewing potential applicants and is observed asking several questions. Rakesh, Aryavardhan, Jashwant, and Somanna ultimately participate in the game and succeed in their objective.
A few housemates, most notably Somanna, are shown criticizing the captain's method of selecting the candidates for the challenge. He is heard reminding a few roommates that it is improper to bring up Nandu's prior performance. She overhears this and questions Somanna about it, but he declines to engage in dialogue. Many other team members may be seen debating the fact that the captain frequently picks his girlfriend Nandu for chores.
Somanna and Jashwant quarrel about the selection process, and the latter complains about the questions Jashwant asked him in the confessional. Later, the captain is seen hearing explanations from Chaitra and Sanya. Then, all of the housemates are seen telling Jashwant that everyone should have an opportunity to perform, but Jashwant rejects their argument. Later, the captain is overcome with emotion in front of Nandu as he remembers his puppy.
