Monday Box Office Collection: Salman Khan's Movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Added Rs. 2.50 Crores Nett On May Day

After 11 days, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, starring Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, and other actors, has brought in approximately Rs. 97.25 crores nett. The film was directed by Farhad Samji. The movie added 2.50 crores net to its existing total of 97.25 crores on Monday, which is more than it did on its second Friday. May Day gave the collections a lift, and starting today/ Tuesday, they will return to their normal levels. Depending on how things go from here, the movie can reach the Rs. 100 crore nett India milestone on Wednesday or Thursday.

With its box office takings on pace to be lower than any Salman Khan Eid movie in 13 years, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has underwhelmed. The movie had a weak debut but experienced strong growth on its first Saturday and Sunday. The Monday box office was decent as well, but the movie has kind of been in a free spiral since then. It had a chance to surpass Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar and become the second-highest earner of the year, but the drops have rendered it difficult. Compared to Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has a bit more foreign box office receipts, but its local cume is far lower. The overall lifetime worldwide revenue for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is expected to be between Rs. 175 and Rs. 180 crores. After Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Salman Khan's next movie is Tiger 3. Shah Rukh Khan will make a cameo appearance as Pathaan in Salman Khan's eagerly anticipated YRF Spy Universe movie, which also stars Katrina Kaif. Tiger 3's action-packed schedule, which unites Tiger and Pathaan, will begin next week. It will be released on Diwali.
