Actor Suriya is one actor who is currently in a struggling form. After Thaanaa Serndha Kootam, none of Suriya’s films were able to create an impact at the box office in terms of collection. He was last seen in director Selvaraghavan’s NGK. Though the film had an interesting premise, the film failed to engage the audience.
Now, Suriya is trying to redeem himself with his upcoming film, Soorarai Pottru. The film, which based on the life of Air Deccan founder GR Gopinath, expected to hit the theatres sometime in the first half of 2020. We had earlier reported that Suriya will once again join hands with director Hari for a film.
Now, it looks like there might be a slight change in terms of producers. Suriya’s film with Hari supposed to bankrolled by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment. Going by the reports, the project has gone into the hands of KE Gananvel Raja under his production banner Studio Green.
Gnanavel Raja has gotten Suriya’s dates for his film with director Siruthai Siva. Now, it looks like the producer will adjust his dates to accommodate Suriya and Hari’s film. An official confirmation regarding the film will be out in the coming days. Composer D Imman has roped in to score the music for the film.
