Panipat is set to release on 6 December and actor Aamir Khan has conveyed his wishes for the same.

Aamir Khan sends his best wishes for the release of Panipat to Ashutosh Gowariker and team

Panipat stars Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, and Sanjay Dutt. Aamir Khan took to Twitter to express his wishes for the team. He wrote, “Aamir took to Twitter and wrote, "Dear @AshGowariker, Wishing @duttsanjay, @arjunk26, @kritisanon and you, all the very best for Panipat! May the film achieve all the success it deserves and more! Love. a.” Kriti took notice of Aamir's wish and she acknowledged it on her Instagram story. In her post, Kriti wrote, "Thank you so much, sir. Waiting for you to watch the film."

Aamir has worked with Ashutosh Gowariker before in 2001 on Lagaan. In it, Aamir played the role of a villager who unites the village for a cricket match. The film also starred Gracy Singh, Rachel Shelley, and Paul Blackthorne.

Panipat will clash at the box office with Pati Patni Aur Woh which stars Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday.
