Aamir Khan Writes An Emotional Note To Javed Khan Amrohi After His Demise

Yesterday, 73-year-old legendary actor Javed Khan Amrohi passed away at the hospital. According to sources, the actor had respiratory issues the previous year and died from lung failure. The actor was nominated for an Academy Award for his performance in Lagaan. He participated actively in Mumbai's Indian People's Theatre Association (IPTA). Amrohi appeared in the films Chak De and Lagaan opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, respectively. The actor has also starred alongside Aamir Khan in two other films.

The performer began his career as a theatre performer and has remained actively involved in theatre his entire career. In the 1970s, he had appearances in movies like Satyam Shivam Sundaram and Noorie. He had significant roles in TV shows including Nukkad, Shaktimaan, Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi, and Mirza Ghalib.
