War (2019), which was launched over three years ago, was Hrithik Roshan's most recent appearance on a large screen. The superstar has returned with Vikram Vedha at last. The teaser was posted over two weeks ago. It received favorably, making it evident that it is going to have a fantastic opening. This two-hero movie also stars Saif Ali Khan besides Hrithik.
Bollywood Hungama recently had exclusive interviews with Hrithik Roshan's father blockbuster director Rakesh Roshan. He revealed some fascinating information about Vikram Vedha. He said “I have seen Vikram Vedha and it’s a very intelligently presented script which shows that the director duo (Pushkar-Gayatri) has worked very hard. They have presented the plot in a very novel way. Both actors have done a tremendous job.”
In the interview, Rakesh Roshan emphasized that one of the reasons movies don't perform well at the box office is because the trailers don't get people into the theatres. In this regard, he claimed that the producers of Vikram Vedha had done everything right. Because the moviegoers were enthused by the preview.
He also said “When I saw the teaser of Vikram Vedha, I was amazed and my first reaction was that I have to see this movie. And this was my reaction though I saw the promo alone on a small monitor in the editing room. And as per the comments I have seen, the audience has also reacted the same way. So your trailer needs to pack a punch, as it showcases your film.”
The 2017 Tamil film with the same name, Vikram Vedha, is the remake. Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan are featured in the original, while Hrithik reprises his performance as the latter. The version also stars Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf, Sharib Hashmi, and Satyadeep Misra besides Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan.
