Senior actress Anita Raj started off her acting career by working in films. She has done many films during the late 80s and the 90s. Now, she is mostly acting in television serials. Her latest notable work is the role of Kulwant Kaur Dhillon in the serial Choti Sarrdaarni. She says that it is important to stay healthy and take care of our bodies. Anita revealed her fitness mantra is to eat healthy and workout regularly. She says that there is nothing greater than doing regular work-outs. She suggested her fans to do sit-ups, planks, meditation and yoga. She also asked everyone to drink a lot of water daily. Anita believes that our mind is our temple and a healthy body is a healthy mind. Thus, according to her, it is never too late to take care of our bodies.
