Adivi Sesh talked about the upcoming thriller Hit 3 during this interview. questioned whether his character KD, alias Krishna Dev, will appear in the third part. “I don't know. All I know, is I am in for it. Have no idea,” the actor replied.
Adivi Sesh is a well-known writer and director in addition to being an actor, as his followers may be aware. He was questioned whether he had contemplated contributing to the franchise from behind the camera given his passion for thriller movies. “I think that's his, vision. I am just an actor in his film. Also, I think it's a very special DNA that Sailesh has within his psyche to make a film like this. It is so procedural yet he can make it work for the big screen. That's something he does but I am probably a bit more of an emotional person. So my way of doing things is a bit different.”
Rajkummar Rao was yet another actor who joined the Hit series this year. The Hindi remake of the Telugu original of the first part, Hit: The First Case (2020), was released. He was also questioned whether the actor will appear in the third movie now that he had joined the franchise. “He is a part of the franchise except that the Telugu actor (Vishwak Sen) and Rajkummar both have the same facts and story and the same conflict. I'm not sure how that works but maybe if there is a multiverse of sorts”, Adivi Sesh said in response.
He also discussed what most appealed to him about the franchise.“I think there's something very cold and metallic about the Hit universe - like your emotions are going to be simmering under the surface, but they never come out fully until one particular explosion in the climax. So it's like this very cold way of looking at it. It's very European. I like the idea that you take something very cold and it suddenly burst at specific strategic points in the film. I quite like that. It's my first film in a long time where I haven't written the script. So it was very nice to come and submit to someone else's vision,” he concluded.
