Tamil actor Prashanth who recently appeared in Telugu film 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' starring Ram Charan was one of the star heroes in the 90s. The actor who lost his position is now testing his luck with the remake of Andhadhun. Ilaiyaraja might come on board to score the music for the movie.
We already know that Ayushmann Khurrana starer 'Andhadhun' movie became the biggest blockbuster in Bollywood. Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Tabu and Radhika Apte played crucial roles in this film. Now, Prashanth is going to remake the film in Tamil. Mohan Raja is helming this project. In 2019, his father Thiagarajan acquired the remake rights of Andhadhun. But, the film took almost 1 year 2 to go on a roll.
As per the latest reports, the makers are planning to rope in Music Maestro Ilayaraja to compose tunes for this film. The film is going to mark the second collaboration of Ilayaraja and Prashanth after 'Ponnar Shankar' movie in 2011.
We have to wait and see how far the movie is going to impress the audience. Prashanth is going to play the role of a blind piano player in this film.
On the other side, Nithiin plays the lead role in the Telugu remake.
