He got to know that a fan of him named Saketh from Canada is battling stage 3 brain cancer. Knowing the condition of Saketh, Kamal Haasan decided to surprise him by talking to him over a video call. A portion of Kamal's conversation with Saketh and their family is going viral on social media.
