Kantara has caught the imagination of many. The manner in which it is making money at the box office has shocked one and all. Allu Aravind distributed this film in Telugu. The film was sold for nominal prices and Allu Aravind made big money with it even though he bought the film on a commission basis.
Now, the mega-producer has put his money into one more Hindi film called Bhediya starring Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. The film's trailer was released a few days back and went viral in no time. Seeing the craze of the film, Allu Arvind is said to be making arrangements to dub the film into Telugu as “Thodelu” and it will be released through Geetha Arts Distributors.
What's more special is that he has shelled some big money on the rights and has obtained it directly and will release it himself. The film has visual effects done by Hollywood’s VFX giant MPC. One of the songs, Thumkeshwari, has also created a solid buzz for the film.
Bhediya is directed by Amar Kaushik and is about a man who turns into a wolf in the nighttime. Set in the forests of Arunachal, Bhediya is the story of Bhaskar, a man who gets bitten by a wolf and begins to transform into a creature. As Bhaskar and his buddies try to find answers, a bunch of twists turn, and laughs ensue.
