After Six Years, Karthi Is Now Clean Shaved!

It is after six years people are seeing Karthi without a beard. For Mani Ratnam's "Ponniyin Selvan," the actor has had long hair and a beard for several months. The actor had a gruff appearance, complete with a beard and untidy hair, even for his role as "Viruman." And today Karthi posted a photo of himself with a clean-shaven appearance on his Instagram account.

Even during the teaser launch of 'Ponniyin Selvan' which happened recently, Karthi was spotted with a mustache. But this change, in his words, "getting out of the comfort zone", was received pleasantly by his fans. No updates on the new look apart from the post have been available. While his film "Viruman," which also features Aditi Shankar, director Shankar's daughter, will be released on August 31, "Ponniyin Selvan" is expected to be released on September 30. On October 24, at Diwali, PS Mithran's "Sardar," which also stars Raashi Khanna, will be released. The actor appears to have a busy year of films in 2022.
