Because of his popular films and his distinct and sympathetic personality, Akkineni Nagarjuna enjoys a huge fan following across the country. The legendary actor has just celebrated the success of his movie 'Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva,' which was released in theatres last week. In a recent interview with a publication, the 63-year-old actor disclosed a spin-off starring his character Anish Shetty, an artist and archaeologist who is a Brahmansh member who wields the Nandi Astra.

 
He told the publication, "We haven’t discussed, I’ll be honest. We never discussed anything about that. I guess Ayan must still be writing he has to do (part) two right? Where does he have time to do spin-offs now? (But) It will be nice, why not, if it works."
 
'Brahmastra,' which is claimed to be the most expensive Hindi film with a budget of over Rs 400 crore, collected Rs 75 crore on its first day at the global box office! The film was released in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam, with King Nagarjuna as the local attraction and 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' director S.S. Rajamouli assisting with promotion. Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy feature in it. The trilogy's second installment is named 'Brahmastra Part Two: Dev.'
