A lot of celebrities are donating money, taking up campings, and spreading awareness to make this pandemic less intimidating. Among the many is Akshay Kumar. He recently donated 500 smartwatches to the Nashik Police. These watches can detect COVID symptoms which then makes the job of policemen and women much easier. He did in keeping in mind their protection. Before this, he also donated 1000 watches to the Mumbai police. He did it mainly because cases in Mumbai are spiking again.

 
The commissioner of Nashik Police, Vishwas Nangre Patil expressed his gratefulness over the offering by Akshay Kumar. He talked about the gesture saying that these watches need to be distributed to the police working at the frontline who are of 45 years and above. He also talked about how they work and their efficiency. The watch provides data related to body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure, which will all get collected on the COVID-19 dashboard. He informed me that this dashboard is frequently checked by the police.
 
These bands will also be available to the Indian public. This will happen as soon as its demands get met by those at the frontline. It will help in bringing down the spread of the virus. Currently, there have been 27,524 confirmed cases of COVID-19 while the death toll is at 1019 in Maharashtra alone. The lockdown in Mumbai got.
