Alia Bhatt took to Instagram to post a video on the occasion of World Earth Day. The actress sang a song in honor of Mother Earth. Alia said that she wrote a little poem to express what she feels about Earth Day.
The video shows Alia reciting the poem. She posted the video with the caption, " Today and Everyday.
My attempt at writing a little something to celebrate earth day #EarthDayEveryDay. The poem is as follows: "Today and every day, I'm grateful. For the sunrise and sunset. For the forests full of trees. The animals, the birds. The lakes, rivers and seas. I'm grateful for all we've built, Our bridges and our streets. I'm grateful for the love that binds us and the wind that sometimes knocks us off our feet. In these uncertain times, I'm grateful for those who put themselves in danger for us. Our saviours, the world's warriors! Today and everyday, promise to care for our planet and all it has to offer. I promise to value our home by doing better I choose to celebrate earth day Today and every single day!"
On the work front, Alia Bhatt has a lot on her schedule. The actress will appear in several films. The actress will be making her Tollywood debut with SS Rajamouli's upcoming film RRR. Actor Ajay Devgn is also making his Tollywood debut in the film. Alia is also looking forward to her most awaited fantasy action film Brahmastra directed by Karan Johar. Alia will also appear in the sequel to her father Mahesh Bhatt's 1991 film Sadak 2. Last not but not least, the actress will appear in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film Gangubai Kathiawadi. It seems like the actress will be a busy bee this year.
