Allu Arjun who is currently working on his film Pushpa has ventured into the multiplex business. A hoarding with the Stylish Star's face along with the logo of AAA Cinemas was spotted in Ameerpet. Since then fans have been sharing the viral photo on social media.
Allu Arjun joins the list of Tollywood stars who opened up multiplexes. Mahesh Babu was one of the first ones to venture into the business with AMB Cinemas. More recently, Vijay Deverakonda started AVD Cinemas in his home town Mahbubnagar.
Allu Arjun is bankrolling the AAA Cinemas (Asian Allu Arjun Cinemas) in collaboration with the multiplex chain Asian Cinemas. The prime location of Ameerpet could work out very well for him. The multiplex is still under construction and might take a couple of months to open its doors.
Meanwhile, an announcement from the makers of his upcoming film Pushpa created a lot of social media buzz. The makers revealed that Malayalam star Fahad Faasil will be facing off Allu Arjun in the upcoming action thriller. Fahad Fassil will play the antagonist in this film about sandalwood smuggling. Pushpa hits the theatres on August 13th.
On the work front, Allu Arjun has Venu Sriram's ICON in his kitty. While the announcement about the film came out in 2018, the film hasn't gone to the floors. Rumours of shelving the film had been making the rounds in recent times. However, Venu Sriram in an interview said that the film is still very much in the making. Sources say Allu Arjun is very keen on reviving the film. Venu Sriram is currently working towards the release of the film Vakeel Saab on April 9th. Hopefully, Allu Arjun and Venu Sriram will make time once they wrap up their current films.
