Allu Arjun scored a huge blockbuster earlier this year with Ala...Vaikunthapurramuloo. Currently, he is prepping up for the launch of his next venture Pushpa. Meanwhile, we now hear that Allu Arjun is planning to do a political thriller soon under the direction of Mahi V Raghav.
Mahi V Raghav made his debut with the youthful drama Paathshala. He shot to fame with the 2017 horror-comedy Anando Brahma and the 2019 political-drama Yatra. Both these films brought acclaim to this director. According to the sources, he wrote a political thriller script and narrated it to Bunny recently. The latter liked the idea and given his nod as well. Mahi is currently making the final changes to the story. We hear that corruption will be a key concept in this movie. This will be a pan-Indian project which will release in multiple languages. More details of it will get revealed very soon.
Currently, Allu Arjun's complete focus is on Pushpa. The regular shooting of this Sukumar directorial may begin either in October or November. Rashmika Mandanna is playing the female lead in it. Allu Arjun will play the role of a red sandalwood smuggler in it. The actor is learning the Chittoor accent for this role. Already, the first look posters got a good response from the audiences. Pushpa is being produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music of it.
