Actress Amala Paul has denied the statement of Dhanush being the main reason for her divorce with her ex-husband and popular director AL Vijay. Amala Paul said that her divorce was a personal decision and there is no one behind it. She also cross-questioned by saying does anyone cancel their marriage life due to another person.
Recently, Vijay's father has stated that actor Dhanush is the reason why Amala took back her decision of not acting after marriage. He added that Dhanush has persuaded Amala to act in his production venture Amma Kanakku and influenced her to make a comeback into films.
Amala remained silent on his statements until yesterday. When asked about it in a recent interview, she said, "Why are you people are asking about my divorce which happened a long time back? There is no need to discuss it. Taking divorce was my own decision and no one has influenced me in that process."
Amala also added that Dhanush always wishes well for her and would never do such things. She concluded by saying that she doesn't want to prolong this topic anymore. Amala is currently acting in a Hindi web series which is being produced by Mahesh Bhatt.
