Puri Jagannadh did a wonderful job in showcasing Balayya in a new avatar in Paisa Vasool. But, the film’s story was so redundant that it resulted in a box office flop.
Now, the filmmaker is trying to bridge the gap between him and Balayya. Even though he was supposed to do a film with him, they parted ways because of Paisa Vasool’s business.
Reportedly, Puri is in touch with Balayya and has narrated a one-liner. Though Balayya liked it, he is yet to finalize the project. If everything goes well, this might be Puri’s next film after iSmart Shankar.
Balayya is also eager to see the outcome of iSmart Shankar and decide whether he should work with Puri or not. His career is going low with back to back flops.
