Amyra Dastur is one of the few actresses who worked in all the major film industries of India in a short time. In a career spanning over seven years, Amyra has acted in Tamil, Hindi, and Telugu film industries. Today, she turns 27. On her birthday, here is a sneak peek into the actress's career.

 
Amyra was born and raised in Mumbai. She started off her career as a model. She made her acting debut with the 2013 film Issaq. This Manish Tiwary directorial film featured Prateik Babbar as the lead hero. In 2015, she made a grand entry into Tamil cinema by acting alongside star hero Dhanush in Anegan. That film brought wide popularity to Amyra. In the same year, she had also acted in Emraan Hashmi's thriller, Mr. X. In 2017, Amyra acted in her first International film Kung Fu Yoga. This film got made by popular actor Jackie Chan.
 
In 2018, Amyra debuted in Telugu cinema with Sundeep Kishan's Manasuku Nachindi. This film got directed by Manjula Ghattamaneni. In the same year, she has also acted in Raj Tarun's Raju Gadu. Last year, Amyra has acted in three films, Jedgementall Hai Kya, Prassthanam and Made in China. Though those films couldn't do well at the box office, they brought acclaim to Amyra.
 
This young actress is currently working on the film Pilfer Singh, which is an official remake of her Telugu venture Raju Gadu. This movie will hit the screens in 2021. We wish her a very happy birthday and hope she comes up with many more interesting films in the future.
