Young Kannada actress Ashika Ranganath made her debut with 2016 youthful entertainer, Crazy Boy. Recently, a video of a fan kissing her and running away went viral on the internet. But, Ashika explained that it didn't happen in real life and it was a part of the sequence they are shooting for one of her upcoming film, Raymo.

 
If we get into the story, Ashika shot for a sequence where she walks down on the red carpet of an event. A fan then comes to her, kisses on her cheek and runs away. Someone on the sets shot this scene and uploaded in on social media. Everyone thought that the actress faced this incident in real life.
 
Clarifying on this, Ashika said that she performed this scene for the film Raymo and assumed that someone shot it from the sets. The actress stated that she has got flooded with calls. Ashika also added that she wouldn't have been silent if that happened in real life. She said that she wouldn't have spared that person. Ashika also urged all the girls to stand up for themselves if they face a similar situation. Anyways, with that clarification, all her fans and friends breathed a sigh of relief.
