The coronavirus pandemic has made every one of us stay at home all the time. During this lockdown, television has turned out to be the major source of entertainment for most of the Indians. As the serial and other TV shows' shoots were also canceled, the television channels started airing movies all day. There are a few movies that premiered during this lockdown. One of them is Naga Shourya Starrer Ashwathama. This action thriller premiered on Gemini TV. The film received a TRP of 9.10 and became the highest-rated television premiere in Naga Shaurya's career.

 
Ashwathama had its World Television Premiere on the 15th of this month. The film received many impressions during the telecast. By achieving a rating of 9.10, it secured a place in the top TRP list of this week.
 
Directed by Ramana Teja, this film features Mehrene Kaur Pirzada as the female lead. The story of the film revolves around a young man fighting against an evil force that is committing a series of crimes against women. Bengali actor Jisshu Sengupta played the antagonist role in this movie. His performance remained as one of the major highlights of it. Sri Charan Pakala composed the music of it.
 
Ashwathama's team is quite elated with the response they got from the household audiences. They expressed their gratitude by sharing posts on social media.
