Ayushmann Khurrana reveals how he proposed to his wife Tahira Kashyap 19 years ago.

Ayushmann Khurrana who is easily one of the best actors in Bollywood at the moment is also one of the most romantic. Khurrana is married to his long time friend Tahira Kashyap and the couple has two lovely kids together. On Sunday the actor took to his Instagram handle to post a lovely picture with his wife. The picture is a collage full of Kashyap's pictures. However, even more than just the picture of his spouse, fans are loving the caption that Khurrana added to his post. In the same post-Khurrana revealed how he confessed his feelings for Tahira Kashyap 19 years ago. The actor wrote, "It was in 2001. We were preparing for our board exams. At 1:48 am I'd confessed my feelings over the phone."

The couple got married in 2008. The actor finished his heartfelt post writing, "It's been 19 years with this goofball. Umm" and added a heart emoji." Immediately after Ayushman posted the picture the comment section was flooded by co-stars and fans. Many fellow Bollywood actresses also commented on the picture including Maanvi Gagroo, Dia Mirza, Nupur Sanon, Athiya Shetty, Divya Khosla Kumar among others. Ayushmann Khurrana last appeared on the big screen with his film Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhan. He is currently working on Shoojit Sircar's Gulabo Sitabo alongside Amitabh Bachchan.
