Arjun Reddy was a raging blockbuster in the Telugu film industry. After its thumping success, the film got remade in Hindi and Tamil as well. Initially, director Bala directed the Tamil remake Varmaa. He made quite a few changes to the film, which didn't impress the producers. Thus, they scrapped the first cut and sacked Bala as the director.
Later, they signed up a whole new cast and crew except hero Dhruv and reshot the film. That's how the newer version Aditya Varma got made. Adithya Varma got released a couple of weeks back but it failed to become a success like Arjun Reddy and Kabir Singh. It received a below-par reception from the viewers. Now, we hear that the producers are coming up with a new plan to recover their losses.
According to the Kollywood sources, the producers of Adithya Varma are planning to release Bala's version on Netflix or any other OTT platform. They are thinking of selling the cut for a fancy amount as many audiences are curious about how Bala made this film. Currently, the talks are going on and we will get an official update about it very soon. If at all the Bala's version comes online, it will definitely get a good response, considering the star image of the director.
