Bellamkonda Sreenivas to remake Dhanush's latest flick

Dhanush's Karnan is all set to stream on the OTT platform Amazon Prime Video from May 9th. It released in the theatres in the first week of May and has received critical acclaim from all the critics and audiences as well.

As per the latest report, it is said that the Telugu remake rights of this film have been bought by popular producer Bellamkonda Suresh and so, it is said that his son Bellamkonda Sreenivas will be remaking this film where he will be stepping into the shoes of Dhanush. An official confirmation is awaited.

This news is doing rounds on social media and seems to be true. Karnan has been directed by Mari Selvaraj and has been a blockbuster hit at the box office.

Dhanush played the role of a social fighter, who battles for his village, and the director has embedded a real-life incident that happened in Tamil Nadu. Now, it will be interesting to see how the Telugu remake will be made, whether they will make any changes from the original version or not. Rajisha Vijayan made her Tamil debut with 'Karnan', and it won't be a surprise if the actress makes an entry into Tollywood with 'Karnan' Telugu.
