Time is not going well for Nandamuri Balakrishna. All of his films in the recent past have failed to perform well at the box office. Be it the NTR biopic or Ruler, all of them have ended up as flops. To strike back hard this time, Balayya has now teamed up with director Boyapati Srinu, who gave him two super hits for him in the past. The latest reports suggest that actress Bhumika Chawla will play the villain role in this movie.
According to the sources, there will be a lady antagonist role in the movie. Apparently, Boyapati felt that Bhumika will be the perfect choice for that role. Till now, Bhumika played soft characters and never played a negative shaded role in her career. But Boyapati is the best in business in creating soft actors into villains. Earlier, he turned family hero Jagapathi Babu as a crooked villain in Legend. Now, he is set to give a changeover to Bhumika. Currently, the talks are going on with the actress and an official announcement will get made once the actress signs the dotted lines.
Meanwhile, Bhumika played a key role in Balakrishna's recent film Ruler. Apparently, Anjali is playing the female lead in Balakrishna-Boyapati's film. Already, the film's couple of schedules got wrapped up. Now, the shoot is under hold due to the ongoing lockdown. It will resume as soon as the situation gets normalized. This film is being produced by Miriyala Ravinder Reddy, who earlier bankrolled Boyapati's Jaya Janaki Nayaka.
