'Bigg Boss' is the most successful television ventured reality show in India. The show got debuted into most of the languages and everywhere the show opened very well, although the criticism is also on par with the viewership. Bigg Boss has been active since 2006 and every year it has a very successful market & reception. Not even a single year has gone since without Bigg Boss show, and now it looks like that is inevitable.
Since COVID-19 lockdown is in implementation, it is not possible to host the show as the concept itself is to lock down a group of celebrities, disconnected from the outside world. While the show has already begun at other parts of the world, like Denmark, the makers stopped it after the pandemic declaration. Although it is evident that the show cannot run, team 'Bigg Boss' had a review meeting recently and they decided on the same. Although the situation and the viewership is a lot appealing and demanding now, the restrictions & the norms can't come into action. The group tasks can't come into play anymore and everything else will be held with social distancing. So, it looks like the show will happen next year.
As Bigg Boss - 3 was a huge success, it was heard that the makers were keen on bringing back Akkineni Nagarjuna himself to host the 4rth season of the show. The team is going to discuss all the possibilities soon. The show organisers might come up with a formal confirmation soon. Stay tuned to us for more details.
