Bong Joon Ho's Parasite has been all over award ceremonies from the past few months. Parasite is a South Korean film that focuses on the class difference between two identical families. The film has received incredible praise for its story and compelling plot. The film is now one of the top runners in the list of Academy nominees for both the best foreign-language film as well as a potential best film of the year award.
At last night's Dorian Awards Parasite took home the most number of awards. The film won 5 different awards. Parasite got named the best film of the year by the Society of LGBTQ Entertainment Critics for the group's annual Dorian Awards.
Other than the best film award, the film also won awards for best director for Bong Joon Ho, best screenplay for Boon and Han Jin-won, best supporting actor for Song Kang-ho and best foreign-language film.
Parasite has been enjoying great success both with the director's fans as well by critics from all around the world.
