Jumanji is one of the popular adventure film franchises in the recent past. The first part of Jumanji got released way back in 1995. The second part Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle released in 2017. It was a major success at the box office. The third instalment Jumanji: The Next Level had hit the theatres in December 2019. It was also a big blockbuster. Given the success of both films, there is no doubt in saying that there will be the fourth part of the franchise as well. According to the sources, this fourth part of the series will hit the screens in December 2021.
Speaking in a recent interview, director Jake Kasdan said that he believes that any sequel directed by him should entertain the audiences by itself. Jake Kasdan also hinted that there will be another sequel for the film. They were in the primary stages of discussing the script of it. Everything got stalled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. Production house Sony will resume the works of the film as soon as the situation gets back to the normal state. The current reports also claimed that the trailer of the film might drop in July 2021. Along with Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart and Jack Black have also played the other lead roles in the movie. Alex Wolff, Ser’Darius Blain, Morgan Turner, Madison Iseman, Nick Jonas, and Danny DeVito might get included in the new cast of the Jumanji Part 4.
