Amala Paul's latest movie, "Cadaver," was just released on OTT on August 12. Both audiences and critics have been praising the actress immensely. The actress portrays Dr. Bhadra, a police coroner and surgeon.
The actress said that she put a lot of preparation into this demanding part in a recent interview with a media outlet. She allegedly claimed to have even seen a true post-mortem. She noted that in order to gain practical knowledge, she visited numerous hospitals with the film's writer and director, spoke with numerous professionals, and saw them at work in the mortuary.
Amala admitted in the interview that she had no idea what her part in the movie would entail and had imagined it would be a standard doctor character. She claimed that she learned a lot and had a life-altering experience as a result of the preparation she did for her character in the movie. The actress reportedly claimed that seeing a post-mortem in person left her in a state of complete shock.
Amala Paul hasn't been in a major motion picture in quite some time. She appeared in Pitta Kathalu and Kutty Story anthologies last year. Aadai (2019), her most recent full-length picture, was a critical and financial triumph. Amala has since returned with the horrific movie Cadaver. The film also marks the debut venture of Amala as a producer.
