Actor Chikkanna who appears primarily in comic roles, is currently in full demand in Sandalwood. The actor who is known as a comedian will, reportedly, be playing the lead role in an upcoming film. Manju Mandavya who directed Chikkanna in the film 'Masterpiece', will also be directing the actor's next project as a hero, say sources.
Umapathy Srinivas will be producing the film. Chikkanna's 'Sri Bharatha Baahubali' which is also directed by Manju Mandavya, will hit the screens soon.
