Megastar Chiranjeevi was disappointed with his last release Acharya which had his son Ram Charan in a key role. The way the film flopped disappointed the stars big time. That is the reason, he has chosen a safe remake of the Malayalam hit Lucifer.
The megastar met the press today and said when he watched Lucifer, he did not like the film that much. When Mohan Raja came on board as the director and made key changes to the script, he loved those changes and gave a green signal.
The film will be a political drama and actors like Satyadev and Nayanthara play key roles in the film. Mohan Raja, the director has revealed that more than 50% of the film has been changed from that of the original, and more masala has been added to make the masses happy.
As it is a political drama, Chiranjeevi also spoke about Pawan Kalyan and said that a state like AP needs a sincere politician like Pawan and that is also the reason he has become silent in his political career and has let Pawan Kalyan go all out with his endeavors.
