Chiranjeevi's debut film Pranam Khareedu writer CS Rao passed away

Chintapenta Satyanarayana Rao who is popular as CS Rao recently passed away at the age of 84. He is one of the well-known writers, playwrights, actors and acting trainers in the film industry. He is a noted personality in the South film industry with a strong background and an impeccable experience. Born on December 20, 1935, CS Rao, is known as the scriptwriter of Megastar Chiranjeevi's debut film, Pranam Khareedu in 1978.

 
CS Rao also penned scripts for hit films like 'Oorummadi Bathukulu', 'Kamalamma Kamatam', 'Kukka Kaatuku Cheppu Debba', 'Taram Maarindi', 'Nayakudu Vinayakudu', 'Malle Moggalu' etc. CS Rao made his onscreen acting debut with the Kamal Haasan starrer 'Sommokadidi Sokokadidi' in 1978.
 
Directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, he also featured in films like the NT Rama Rao's 'Sarada Ramudu' and 'Matti Manushulu'. CS Rao is a multi-talented personality who has got enough name and fame.
 
He also served as a correspondent for Geetanjali High School, Chikkadpally. So many prominent artists from the film industry have condoled the death of CS Rao. His last rites will be held in the city on Wednesday. We also extend our deepest sympathies to the family of the deceased. May CS Rao's soul rest in peace.
