It's three hours of negotiation and maybe 20 minutes of actual work. My children just crave interaction with other kids so much, obviously, and that's a challenge." While he complains about how difficult it is to manage three young kids at home, he is also grateful for the privilege to be able to stay home with his family during such testing times. He expressed, “We're just enjoying being together. We've been dragged all over the world for so many different reasons over the last few years.”

Being a fitness freak himself, he is trying to make his kids aware of the importance of being fit and healthy. With the aid of his fitness app, papa Hemsworth is also teaching the kids to meditate and exercise. He added that, “Kids are feeling anxiety and stress like us, and probably more so because they don't understand it and it's difficult for us to explain it to them. These guided meditations have been really beneficial.”
