Conditions laid down for Anil Ravipudi for Mahesh’s 26
Amidst the speculations around whom Mahesh Babu would team up with for his next project, news broke out that Anil Ravipudi is all set to direct the Super Star. Though Sukumar is finalised, Mahesh made it clear that the project with Sukumar has got cancelled due to some creative differences.
And now the young director has struck the fortune to wield the megaphone for Mahesh’s next. The project would be bankrolled by Anil Sunkara who has reportedly laid a few conditions for the ‘F2’ director. Rs 50 Cr is the package deal that is given to Anil Ravipudi by the producer. In this given budget, Anil ought to complete the entire project including the remunerations of cast and crew while it is a known fact that Mahesh Babu will take home nearly Rs 40 crores.
Inside talk is that producer Anil Sunkara will not take a single penny and Mahesh Babu’s wife Namrata took the responsibility to sell all these rights on her own. The talk is that through the bouquet rights of the satellite, Hindi dubbing rights and digital rights, Namrata and Mahesh would bag more than Rs.40 crores and the producer will not get any additional revenue other than the theatrical business. Anil Ravipudi will be paid a remuneration of Rs 10 crores given that the project is completed within Rs 50 crore budget. He should also complete the movie in six months.
Talks are going on to take Rashmika Mandana as the female lead opposite Mahesh and Vijayshanti is said to be essaying a key role.
