The two of them created controversy by calling them a couple and behaving like the same inside the house. However, it was only when the show ended that the two of them denied everything and said they don't have anything going on between them. However, their upcoming film Ye Meri Student Hai is on cards and both of them are prepping up for the same.
Recently, Jasleen Matharu shared a picture on her social media where she's standing beside Anup Jalota and they are dressed in wedding attire. Soon after she shared the picture, it went viral on the internet and people assumed they both got married. However, Anup Jalota has finally cleared the air and revealed that it's only for their upcoming film. He also agreed that he has no vested interest in doing the film but it is only the money that keeps him on the hook. *I have been paid very well to act in it. Jasleen's dad's thinking might be different, but I am clear that I am not doing this film to clear people's doubts. When I have not been in love with Jasleen, how can I marry her? And let people speculate whatever they want. I am not going to scream and drive my point home. So, I am clear that I have done this film to only earn good money. Anything wrong with that?"
The singer also revealed that he wouldn't have married Jasleen because "Her modern and glamorous dressing wouldn't have been appreciated" in his family.
