Cooku With Comali Pugazh to play a hacker in Kasethan Kadavaulada

Comedy actor Pugazh has been associated with Star Vijay for the past few years. Pugazh was a part of comedy superstars and has taken part in many reality shows on the channel. However, it was Cooku With Comali that catapulted him to fame. Due to the success of the show, Pugazh went on to sign many films in the Tamil film industry. He has been on a film signing spree and has nearly half a dozen films at different stages of production. We had reported that Pugazh will play an important role in director Kannan's reboot of the cult classic Kasethan Kadavulada, which will feature Mirchi Shiva and Priya Anand in the lead roles.

According to the latest reports, Pugazh will play the role of a hacker in the remake. In an interview with The Times of India, director Kannan said, "In the film, Pugazh will be seen in the role of a talented hacker. You give him any kind of encrypted data, and he will be able to crack it in a jiffy. He helps Shiva’s character in the film and will have a prominent part to play. This role is not there in the original film. Pugazh joined the shoot a couple of days ago. We will be wrapping up the first schedule in Chennai by August 10, and after a few days start with the next schedule here.”
