The makers of Darbar shared a new poster of the Rajinikanth star on social media. The film, which is directed by Lyca productions, has Nayanthara as the lead.
The makers of Darbar took to social media on Tuesday and shared a new poster of Rajinikanth’s Darbar. In the poster, we can see is a montage of several shots, which look like sculptures and the video ends with a figure of Rajinikanth. We can't wait to see Rajinikanth on the big screens, this poster comes as a big treat to the fans of Thalaivar. Previously, director AR Murugadoss shared glimpses of two songs from the movie - Chumma Kizhi and Dumm Dumm.
Darbar, to be produced on a huge budget by Lyca Productions, starring Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Nivetha Thomas, Yogi Babu and Suniel Shetty in the cast. Rajinikanth and Nayanthara will be seen as a couple on-screen after more than a decade. Their on-screen chemistry in the 2005 movie Chandramukhi was iconic. Darbar is the the debut collaboration of Rajinikanth and AR Murugadoss.
Rajinikanth is currently shooting for his next movie with Siruthai Siva. Reportedly titled Thalaivar 168, the film is being sponsored by Sun Pictures. The film's cast list includes Meena, Khushbu, Prakash Raj, Keerthy Suresh, Sathish, Soori, Livingston among others. The film will be released in October 2020 tentatively. However, there has been no official confirmation of the release yet.
