Dasara Teaser: Nani Channels His Inner Pushpa In A Gorgeous First Look

The teaser for Nani's next Telugu revenge film Dasara was unveiled on Monday. The movie appears to be a grounded tale about one man from a tiny hamlet standing up to fight for his people based on the images. The movie's setting also heavily resembles Pushpa, but it still has its own unique moments.

The teaser begins by introducing a small community called Veerlapally, which is encircled by coal piles and requires a serious peak through to even get a glimpse. In spite of the fact that drinking is customary in the community, we learn through Nani's character's voiceover that no one there is addicted to alcohol.

Nani is heard stating toward the end of the teaser, "Bloody, I don’t care about the consequences. Let’s take the whole bunch down." With an axe in his hand, he can be seen moving slowly in the background. The final image of the teaser shows Nani cutting the tip of his own thumb and applying the blood to his forehead.

The movie appears to contain its fair share of really violent scenes centered on the images. Srikanth Odella directed the film. It also stars Keerthy Suresh, Sai Kumar, and Shine Tom Chacko. The teaser was digitally released by SS Rajamouli. Dhanush, Dulquer Salmaan, Shahid Kapoor, and Rakshit Shetty, among other notable actors, also shared the teaser in their respective languages.

Sai Kumar, Samuthirakani, and Zarina Wahab are among the skilled cast members of the film Dasara. Santosh Narayanan and Sudhakar Cherukuri of Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Creations provided the soundtrack for the film. The movie is scheduled for a March 30, 2023, global release.

Nani referred to the movie as the "pure raw, rustic, and adrenaline-rush of a film" at its premiere in February of last year. Telangana's Singareni coal mines, which are close to Godavarikhani, serve as the setting for the film.

Nani has great expectations for the movie. In a recent media interview, he stated that the movie Dasara would define his career. “For a lot of people who’ve said I don’t work out of my comfort zone, this will be the answer. It’s a project that I have great expectations from and I’m sure audiences won’t be disappointed,” he said.
